If you don’t like your item(s) for any reason (they don’t fit, have an imperfection, or just clash with your outfit)
you can submit your return for store credit within 14 days of receiving your order.

Refunds are always issued to store credit.
Shipping fees are nonrefundable.

STEP 1. Make sure your items qualify for returns. Items must be brand new with hang tags attached.

You received an email with your order number the day you purchased your item(s).

Exchanges can be done using your store credit to place a new order.
If your account is flagged for returns abuse we can't accept your return.

Oh no! If you've received your order and something's wrong we need to know within 5 days. Don't wait a month, we won't be able to help.

Processing returns takes up to 7 business days after they are delivered to our warehouse, so please be patient, we will get to your return ASAP!

All Halloween costumes and other seasonal items can be returned 14 days after your order arrives up to October 20th. After October 20th all sales are final.
