WHAT IF IM NOT HOME AT THE TIME OF ARRIVAL?
Most orders will require signature upon arrival, if all delivery attempts fail and no action is taken to receive items from purchaser shipping will not be refunded.
WHAT IF I HAVE NOT RECEIVED PART OF MY ORDER?
So sorry to hear you haven’t received a part of your order babe! Please note that during some busy periods,
some orders may be sent out in multiple parts in an effort to get your orders as soon as possible.
If you are missing parts of your order, please check:
Your dispatch email - if your order is going to be sent in multiple parts then your dispatch email will only include some of the items you ordered.
You will then get another dispatch email when the rest of your order ships. You will also receive multiple tracking numbers.
The receipt/invoice - this will show the items you should have received in your parcel. If you have everything that is on the invoice then don't worry the rest of your order will come separately.
DO YOU DELIVER TO P.O. BOXES?
The shipping services cannot make deliveries to P.O. Box addresses. Please use an alternate address.
CAN YOU DELIVER TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS OTHER THAN MY BILLING ADDRESS?
Yes, you can have your order delivered to an alternative address. However, this needs to be done at the time of purchase.
When filling out your billing address simply untick the box that says ‘Deliver to same address’ you will then be given the option to enter a different shipping address.
If this is a business address, always make sure you include the name of the company or organization in the address field as well as the contact name to ensure your parcel is successfully delivered.
WHAT TIME WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Deliveries can be made anytime between 8am and 9pm, Monday - Saturday.
Shipping is provided by a 3rd party such as UPS, USPS except if parcel is not received in the timeframe as expected please contact shipping provider for more info.
